心血管病专科护士培训的需求和效果

Investigation on Training Needs and Effects of Cardiovascular Specialist Nurses

目的调查心血管病专科护士的培训需求和效果,不断提升培训质量。方法采用自行设计的调查表,对2期全军心血管病专科培训护士共64名进行问卷调查,内容包括对培训内容的看法、对培训教员的看法及培训后管理3部分。发放调查问卷64份,收回有效问卷58份,有效回收率为91%。结果 69.0%的学员认为培训时间合适,75.9%的学员认为＂1＋2＂的培训模式合理;84.5%的学员认为授课内容的专业性很强,81.0%的学员对理论授课教员的评价为很高,46.6%的学员对临床带教老师的评价为较高;18.8%的学员在培训后奖金、生活待遇方面有所提高,42.5%的学员认为培训能够体现专科护士的价值。结论应以持续质量改进原理、从学员实际需求出发合理调整培训内容,建立完善的临床带教管理制度;并建议提高专科护士培训后的地位和待遇,以促进专科护士的发展,发挥专科护士的作用。

Objective To investigate the training needs of cardiovascular specialist nurses,so as to raise the training quality persistently.Methods Sixty-four cardiovascular specialist nurses of PLA in 2phases were investigated by a self-designed questionnaire concerning views on training content,trainers and training management.Altogether 64questionnaires were issued and 58were retrieved.The effective rate was 91%.Results Of all the trainees,69.0%of them approved the training time;75.0%supported the＂1＋2＂ training mode;84.5%acknowledged the high professional training content;81.0%appreciated highly of the Theoretical trainers;46.6%appreciated highly of the clinical trainers;18.8% wished further improvement in bonus and life necessities after training;42.5%believed the training reflected the value of specialist nurses.Conclusion To promote the development of specialist nurses and exert their roles,more efforts should be attached to the application of continuous quality improvement principles,reasonable adjustment of training content according to actual demand from the participants,establishment of a sound management system of clinical teaching,and recommendation of improved status and treatment of specialist nurses after training.
