运用多种方法分别制备了大鼠肝扫描电镜样品,并对结果进行了分析比较.发现不同的方法,分别适用于观察大鼠肝超微结构的不同侧面,要全面了解肝构建时的超微结构,必须综合利用几种制样技术.

With several methods, we prepared specimens of rat liver for SEM and made a comparison among them. The whole ultrastructure of rat liver would be preserved differently on account of different methods. To know the integral ultrastructure of liver, we should combine the advantages of these methods.
