摘要
介绍了摩托车道路模拟机的结构、工作原理以及试验流程,阐述了室外道路载荷谱的采集、室内模拟信号的分析处理和迭代过程。通过对实车合理地选取测点和布置传感器,采集了摩托车在碎石路和水泥路上匀速行驶时的道路载荷谱;以前后轴加速度为期望响应信号,进行了室内模拟迭代,得到了较精确的驱动信号,从而验证了道路模拟机的实用性和可靠性。
The structure,working principle and test process of the road simulator of motorcycle is mainly described.The progress of collection of outdoor's load spectrum,the analysis and iterative progress of indoor's,simulation signal are introduced in detail.When a mortorcycle is driving on gravel road and concrete road with constant speed,its load spectrum is sampled by selecting proper observation position and disposing sensor reasonably.Then using the front and rear axle acceleration as desired response signals,the indoor simulation iterations is conducted,and the road load spectrum is accurately obtained.The results show that the practicality and reliability of the road simulator.of motorcycles are verified.
