On the Computing Termination Rules for Optimization Problems

对一最优化问题的算法收敛准则进行分析、改进，构造出一新收敛准则数值实验结果表明。

In this paper,a computing termination rule for optimization problems is analysed and improved,and a new rule is constructed.The result of the numerical experiments indicates that the new computing temination rule has higher reliability.
