长春市双阳区姜家沟煤矿环境影响评价

摘要 为了对姜家沟煤矿进行环境影响评价,调查和分析了项目环境污染和生态破坏现状,采用标准指数法和标准比较法对地下水、空气和声环境进行现状评价;通过对已建项目的继续生产过程所造成的各种污染及生态破坏的预测,确定了评价项目对环境影响的范围和程度;分析论证项目现有污染防治措施的可行性和合理性,提出有效的生态环境破坏减缓、恢复与补偿措施,从环境保护及生态恢复角度论证项目建设的可行性,为相关工作提供科学依据。 In order to conduct environmental impact evaluation to Jiangjiagou coal mine,it had investigated and analyzed the present environmental pollutions and the ecological damages to this project,and adopted standard index and the standard compare method to test the present situation appraisal about the ground water,the air and the sound.Through forecasting all the pollutions and the ecological damages which the project created in the continues production process,confirmed the environmental effect scope and the degree of this project.Analyzed and proved the existing pollution prevention and control measures of the project and educed the result that it was feasible and reasonable,proposed the effective measures of slowing down ecological environment destruction,restore and compensate,proved that the project was feasible from environmental protection and ecological resume,and provided the scientific basis for the related work..
