多普勒超声心动图诊断先天性肺静脉狭窄的价值(附3例报告)

Value of Doppler echocardiography for congenital pulmonary vein stenosis diagnosis

目的评价多普勒超声心动图对先天性肺静脉狭窄的诊断价值。方法对3例先天性肺静脉狭窄患者的多普勒超声心动图检测结果进行回顾性分析。结果 3例患者共检出4支肺静脉狭窄,其中2例为1支肺静脉狭窄,1例为2支肺静脉狭窄,并合并房间隔缺损。结论多普勒超声心动图能够无创、直观、有效地诊断先天性肺静脉狭窄。

Objective To evaluate the diagnosis value for congenital pulmonary vein stenosis. Methods Echocardiography of three cases of congenital vein stenosis were retrospectively reviewed. Results Among the three cases, two had one echocardiographic pulmonary vein stenosis, the other one had two pulmonary vein stenosis with atrial septal defect. Conclusion Doppler echocardiography can diagnose congenital pulmonary vein stenosis non-invasively, directly and effectively.
