采用文献资料法、现场观察法和数理统计法,对中国女子冰壶队在2010年世锦赛的11场比赛各项技术指标进行比较分析。研究表明:我们的技、战术水平仍属于世界强国之列,只是大赛经验匮乏,不能把握比赛节奏;竞技心理不成熟,在比赛中不能很好地调控心理状态;后备人才匮乏,关键时刻运动员的休息难以保证。针对存在的问题提出相应的改进办法。
