体育设施是部队院校开展军事体育教育、提高官兵身体素质的物质基础和前提条件。对部队而言,它是部队战斗力生成,实现打赢能力的根本。当前部队院校体育设施发展经费均显不足、功能单一、管理滞后,造成其利用率低,持续发展能力不足。通过分析,旨在提高部队体育设施的利用率和管理水平,实现设施建设的可持续。

Sport facilities are the material foundation and precondition for developing military physical education and for improving physical qualities of military personnel. It is the root of combat capability and of winning . But at the present time, the budget of developing sport facilities in military academies is prevalently insufficient, the functions of sport facilities are simple, and the administration is lag, so the efficiency of using is low and the sustained development is limited. It aims to improve the using efficiency of sport facilities and the administration level, make the construction of sport facilities can be sustained.
