Research on the Positive and Negative Effects of Physical Quality Index in Education Evaluation of Military Colleges

军队院校教学评价中体能是主要评价指标之一。体能指标的评价促进了院校体能训练的软硬建设,优化了体能训练的计划、组织与实施,学员的体能达标率切实有所提高,但也带来一定的负面效应,如:一些体能训练场馆设施由于盲目建设,利用率较低;盲目的追求达标率,违反体能训练规律等。

Physical quality is one of the main indexes in education evaluation of military colleges. The evaluation of physical quality promotes the construction of training hardware and software, and optimizes the planning, organizing and implementing of physical quality training. The attainment rate is really boosted. But it brings negative effects, for example, the utilization ratio of some venues and facilities is low because of the blind construction. And the rules of physical quality training is disobeyed because of the blind pursue of attainment rate.
