3km负重跑后应用“人体体能快速恢复装置”效果的研究

The Study on Effect of Applying the Device of Fast-recovery of the Physical Ability after 3km Heavily Loaded Running

目的:探讨"人体体能快速恢复装置"对3 km负重跑后学员心率、血压、呼吸、主观体力感觉等指标的影响。方法:某军校学员40人随机分为对照组(20人)和实验组(20人),两组学员进行3 km负重跑,实验组应用"人体体能快速恢复装置"恢复,测定两组学员安静时、运动后即刻、5 min、10min、15 min和30 min的血压、心率和呼吸频率并填写主观体力感觉表。对测试结果采用SPSS 17.0统计软件进行方差分析和T检验。结果:运动后即刻、5 min、10 min、15 min学员的心率、收缩压和呼吸频率较运动前显著升高,舒张压较运动前显著降低,在运动后30 min实验组各项指标基本恢复,对照组均未恢复。结论:"人体体能快速恢复装置"能使3 km负重跑后学员的心率、血压、呼吸、主观体力感觉等指标在运动后30 min内恢复到常态。

Purpose： To investigate the effects of the device of fast recovery of the physical ability on indexes of heart rate, blood pressure, respiratory rate and rating of perceired exertion after 3km heavily loaded running. Method： 40 people in a military randomly divided into control group （20） and experimental group （20）, Two groups of students finished 3km heavily loaded rurming. The test group used the device of fast - recovery of the physical ability. To measure blood pressure, heart rate and respiratory rate and fill out the table of ratingof perceired exertion at rest, instant, 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes and 30 minutes after exercise. The data obtained were analyzed for ANOVA or T- test on SPSS 17.0 statistical software. Result： Heart rate, systolic blood pressure and respiratory rate were significantly higher than before exercise and diastolic blood pressure was significantly lower than before exercise at instant, 5 minutes, 10 minutes and 15 minutes after exercise. All indicators of the test group became normal within 30 minutes, the matched group did not recover. Conclusion： The device of fast - recovery of the physical ability made the heart rate, blood pressure, breathing and RPE recover withing 30minutes after 3km heavily loaded running.
