跨国公司研发本土化与我国技术创新对策研究

随着经济全球化趋势的不断加强和国际竞争的日趋激烈,跨国公司的技术研究与开发的组织形式也不只局限于以母国的研究与开发机构为主要研究力量,而是纷纷在海外设立研究与开发机构。跨国公司在我国进行研究与开发投资已经成为近年来我国引进外资的一种新形式。通过分析跨国公司研发本土化形成的原因,跨国公司在我国设立研发机构的现状及对我国经济的影响,提出了政府应优化科研开发环境、企业应加强技术交流与合作的对策建议来提升我国技术创新能力。

With the strengthening of globalization and the increasingly fierce international competition,the multinational corporations undertake RD activities not only on their motherland＇s but also on those places where their branch and subsidiary located.Multinational companies carrying on their reserch and development in China is becoming a new form of introdcuing FDI of our country in recent years.Through analysing the reseason why the multinational company undertakes RD in the place where their branch and subsidiary located,the current situation of multinational companies’s RD in China and their influence on China’s economy,we suggest that our government should make efforts on optimizing the environment of scientific research and the enterprises should strengthen technical exchanges and cooperation.Only through this way we can improve our ability on technical innovation.
