在高血压发病过程中Rho/Rho激酶系统的作用 被引量:4

摘要 1Rho/Rho激酶概述神经递质和细胞因子等作用于相应的受体,引起相应受体的兴奋,然后借助于G-蛋白将信息传递到细胞内。G-蛋白大体上分两大类。其中Rho就是其中之一。Rho是哺乳类动物Ras基因超家族的一个亚群,被称为小GTP结合蛋白。Rho主要作用是调节细胞内肌动蛋白骨架,与细胞的变形、运动、细胞分裂等有关,并调节平滑肌收缩过程中对钙的敏感性[1]。
