摘要
目的探讨去大骨瓣减压术后硬膜下积液的有效治疗方法。方法回顾分析43例去大骨瓣减压术后硬膜下积液的处理方法,比较各种方法疗效。结果 21例经保守治疗而愈,18例经皮穿刺抽液加压包扎后治愈,3例经早期颅骨修补术+积液腔置管引流术后治愈,1例行钻孔引流术后治愈。结论去大骨瓣减压术后硬膜下积液大部分病例经保守治疗及经皮穿刺抽液加压包扎均可治愈。
Objective To go after large craniectomy of subdural effusion and effective treatment.Methods Retrospective analysis of 43 cases to go after large craniectomy treatment of subdural effusion,comparing efficacy of various methods.Results 21 cases cured by conservative treatment,18 cases of percutaneous compression bandaging extract of cured and 3 patients with early cranioplasty ＋ cavity fluid drainage catheter after cure,a cure for a routine postoperative drainage hole.Conclusion To go after large craniectomy the majority of cases of subdural effusion with conservative treatment and percutaneous extraction fluid pressure bandage can be cured.
