摘要
用NCCLS法选用20种抗生素对青海地区4个规模化猪场流行的18株致病性大肠埃希菌进行了药物敏感性试验。结果表明,18株菌株对20种药物均有不同程度的耐药性,其中6重耐药2株(2/18,11.1%),7重耐药2株(2/18,11.1%),8重耐药2株(2/18,11.1%),9重耐药3株(3/18,16.7%),10重耐药4株(4/18,22.2%),11重耐药1株(1/18,5.6%);抑菌作用最强的为复达欣(17/18,94.4%),其次为菌必治(16/18,88.8%),氯霉素(15/18,83.3%),氧氟沙星(14/18,77.7%),阿米卡星(14/18,77.7%),而青霉素完全没有抑菌作用。
Drug sensitivity of 18 strains of pathogenic Escherichia coli in piglets from four scale pig farms in Qinghai to 20 kinds of antibiotics were detected by National committee for clinical laboratory standards(NCCLS).The results showed that,there were different drug resistant of 18 strains of Escherichia coli in piglets to 20 kinds of antibiotics.Two strains(2/18,11.1%)of them were resistant to six kinds of antibiotics;two strains(2/18,11.1%)were resistant to seven kinds;two strains(2/18,11.1%)were tolerant to eight kinds;three strains(3/18,16.7%)were tolerant to nine kinds;four strains were resistant(4/18,22.2%)to ten kinds;one strain(1/18,5.6%)was tolerant to eleven kinds;Bacteriostasis of fortum(17/18,94.4%) was the best,followed by ceftriaxone(16/18,88.8%),amphemycin 83.3%(15/18),ofloxacin abd amikacin 77.7%(14/18),while penicillinum had no bacteriostasis.
