焦化废水零排放改造方案探讨

摘要 对焦化生产废水处理工艺进行改造,将原清水池改成生化总出水池,老二沉池改造成清水池,粗苯换热器出水接至改造后的老二沉池,改造好氧池消泡喷头,接通至熄焦池的污泥管道,将二沉池中过多的污泥一次性排至熄焦池。改造后焦化废水70%用于好氧池消泡,30%用于焦化炼焦车间熄焦,实现焦化废水零排放。 Modification has been done on the process of coking wastewater treatment.The clean water tank has been made over into biochemical tank,while the old secondary settler has been remodeled into clean water tank.The crude benzol heat exchanger has been linked to the old secondary settler.The foam-breaking sprinklers of aerobic tank have been linked to the sludge pipelines of the coke quenching tank.The excess sludge in the the secondary settler can be transferred into the coke quenching tank at once.After the modification,70% of the coking wastewater is used to defoam the water in the aerobic tank,and the other 30% is used to quench the coke in the coking plant.By this way,zero-discharge of coking wastewater can be realized.
