临床实习中培养护生的人际沟通能力

Interpersonal Communication Skills in Clinical Nursing Students Training

护理专业是一门依赖于沟通技能并与沟通关系密切的专业,人际沟通能力的欠缺仍是护士学生能力的一个薄弱环节。笔者认为首先要培养护生的人文素养,提高护生语言表达能力,掌握人际沟通的技巧,培养护生和谐的人际关系和护患关系,提高他们的基本素质,才能更好地适用现代医院的要求。

Nursing profession is closely dependent on communication skills,for various reasons,the interpersonal communication of nursing students is still poor.The paper believes that training nursing students humanistic quality is of great importance.Improving nursing students’ language skills,mastering interpersonal communication skills and fostering harmonious interpersonal relationships between nurses and patients,they can be better suited to the requirement of modern hospitals when they get a higher quality.
