Determination of Copper in Salzburg Vitriol by Spectrophotometric Method

在非离子表面活性剂聚乙二醇辛基苯醚存在下研究了铜（Ⅱ）与铜试剂的配位显色反应性能，结果表明，在试验条件下铜含量在０～４０μｇ范围内服从比耳定律，其表观摩尔吸光系数ε４６０为２．１１×１０４Ｌ·ｍｏｌ－１·ｃｍ－１。本法用于胆矾中铜含量的测定。

The chromogenic reaction of cupron with copper(Ⅱ) in the presence of nonionic surfactant polyethylene glycol octylphenyl ether was thoroughly studied.Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0 to 40 μg of Cu (Ⅱ) with the apparent molar absorptivity ε 460 2.11×10 4 L·mol -1 ·cm -1 .The obtained results have been used to determine copper(Ⅱ) in salzburg vitriol.
