摘要 为研究预处理工艺对磁控溅射镀膜织物膜基结合力的影响,采用碱减量、净洗KOC、普通水洗3种方法对涤纶长丝织物进行预处理,然后在相同磁控溅射工艺条件下在织物表面镀制钛金属膜,然后测试镀膜织物耐磨性,并分析不同预处理方法对镀膜织物耐磨性及膜基结合力的影响.研究发现:以质量浓度为10 g/L的NaOH溶液对织物进行碱减量处理可有效提高镀膜织物的耐磨性和膜基结合牢度,浓度再增加对提高钛膜耐磨性作用不大;净洗KOC预处理与普通水洗处理效果有限,仅对试样表面进行洗涤,未对试样表面形貌及内在性质产生影响. In order to study the effects of pretreatment processes on the film-substrate bonding force and abrasion resistance of magnetron sputter-coated fabrics,alkali decrement,KOC and water washing are used to treat PET filament fabrics which would be sputtered subsequently.And then,the specimens are treated at the same conditions by magnetron sputtering technology and the abrasion resistance of them are tested as a function of different pretreatment processes.The results show that alkali decrement pretreatment could improve the interfacial bonding and abrasion resistance effectively when the quality concentration of NaOH solution is 10 g/L,however,the abrasion resistance of them is hardly changed with the increasing of NaOH solution concentration.On the other hand,the effect of KOC and water washing treatments is limited.
