摘要
2009年,日本丰田汽车公司遭遇了一场史无前例的信任危机,丰田人面临着前所未有的严峻挑战。然而,经历过多次危机洗礼的丰田已积累了一定的抗风险经验与抗危机能力,这将有力地帮助企业走出时下的泥潭,化解危机带来的负面影响。
In 2009,Japan's Toyota Motor Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "Toyota" ) ,encountered an unprecedented trust crisis which has brought severe challenges. The multiple crises in the past years, however, have improved the anti - risk and anti - crisis ability of Toyota. The ability may effectively help the firm off the hook and resolve the negative consequences. This paper reviews the three crises of Toyota after World War Ⅱ , with a foucus on the corporate culture under crisis. The research has important implications for Toyota who is suffering from the current trust crisis.
