加强学习型政党建设,推进落实科学发展观

Strengthening the Construction of a Learning-oriented Party and Implementing the Scientific View of Development

当前,我国在科学发展观的指导下,已经取得了一系列成就,但是同时也出现了很多问题,这大大阻碍了我国经济社会的继续发展。我们要通过加强学习型政党建设来树立科学的学习理念,完善学习机制,加强作风建设,加强学习的实效性,从而不断提高党的领导水平和执政能力,解决落实科学发展观中存在的一些问题,积极推动科学发展观的进一步深入贯彻落实。

Our country has made great achievements under the guidance of the scientific view of development.Meanwhile,there have appeared many problems which keep our economy and society from continuous development.For that reason,we should through the construction of a learning-oriented party establish the scientific conceptions,perfect the learning mechanism,strengthen the construction of working style,improve the learning efficiency,and hence improve the art of leadership and reigning ability of our party.Furthermore,we should solve the problems in the scientific view of development and drive the deeper implementation of the view.
