On the Cultivation of Employment Values of College Students in the Post-epoch of Unit System

单位制是新中国成立后确立的社会管理体制。改革开放以来,随着单位制的消解,我国由"单位制时代"向"后单位制时代"变迁。在"后单位制时代",大学生的就业制度越来越灵活,就业价值观也发生了深刻的变化。在日益严峻的就业形势下,需要引导大学生树立正确的就业观念,培育大学生正确的就业价值观。

As a social management system,the unit system was established after the foundation of new China.And since the reform and opening,it has become declining and the epoch of unit system has stepped into the post one in which the college students＇ employment has been getting more and more flexible and their values of employment have changed dramatically.Under the increasingly competitive situation,college students need to establish the correct conception and values of employment.
