摘要
铸钢空心球管节点是一种新兴的节点形式。利用非线性有限元方法研究了铸钢空心球管节点的应力分布规律、破坏模式以及节点几何参数对节点承载力的影响。研究结果表明:铸钢空心球管节点的承载力主要与材质强度、球外径、球壁厚、铸钢管外径、铸钢管与球交界处的倒角半径五个因素有关,并据此计算了几十种不同规格的铸钢空心球管节点的承载力。最后运用二元线性回归拟和了节点的承载力简化计算公式,将公式计算结果与有限元分析结果相比较,两者吻合较好。
Cast steel hollow spherical tube joint is a new type of joint.By using nonlinear finite element method,the paper studies the stress distribution,failure model and influence factor of bearing capacity of the joint.It is found that carrying capacity is affected by the factors such as material strength,diameter of sphere,thickness of sphere external diameter of tubular member,radius of fillet.Based on analytical results of many kinds of models of joints with different dimensions,the simplified bearing capacity formula of the joint is presented by using dual linear regression analysis.The comparison between the formulae results and the finite element analytical results proves the rationality of the formula of carrying capacity of the joints.
