广东尖山磁铁矿还原粉化机理研究

摘要 用X光透射装置研究了煤直接还原广东尖山矿时的还原膨胀特性,结果表明,尖山矿的线膨胀率在4%以下,尖山矿在呈现正常膨胀情况下已发生粉化。通过用光学显微镜观察煤还原后矿石微观结构的变化规律和利用扫描电镜研究矿块晶粒间的连接状况探讨了尖山矿还原粉化机理。通过研究矿石氧化焙烧后矿石的性质变化说明,氧化焙烧是抑制尖山矿还原粉化的有效措施。 Reduction swelling characteristics of Jianshan ore, Guan Dong province, during the process of coal-based direct reduction has been studied with Ⅹ-ray transmission instrument. It is concluded that linear swelling degree of Jianshan ore is less than 4% and Jianshan ore degraded under the normal swelling conditions. Mechanism of reduction disintegration of Jianshan magnetite ore was studied through observating microstructure changes of ore reduced with coal by optical microscope and researching the bonding state between grains in lump ore by SEM. Study on oxidizing roasted ore shows that oxidizing roasting is an effective measure for restraining reduction disintegration of Jianshan ore.
