便携式简易人体测量装置的组合创新

摘要 目的组合创新一种用于心血管危险评估及筛查的便携式简易人体测量装置。方法将小型人体磅秤、微量血糖血脂仪、电子计算器及分别经过改良的踝肱电子血压计、人体周径测量尺、使用说明、评估卡整装于一个具有拉杆式身高测量仪的便携箱内,用于基层部队心血管危险筛查。结果该便携式简易人体测量装置设计轻巧,使用方便,对于心血管危险因素评估及分层可获得与实验及特诊检查后综合评估同样的效果。结论该便携式简易人体测量装置大大提高了基层部队医疗单位预测评估心血管代谢危险的能力,值得进一步研究推广。 Objective To innovate a simple and portable human body measuring device and technology for evaluating cardiovascular diseases.Methods The portable human scale, mini blood sugar and blood fat instrument, electronic calculator, manuals as well as improved electric sphygmomanometer for measurement of ankle-brachial index, body-perimeter measurement ruler and manuals assess- ment manual were placed into a box and used in screening for cardiovascular diseases in the basic-level military officers.Results This device is characterized by delicate design and convenient use, which can get the same result as generalized assessment with laboratory test and special detection for the risk assessment and layering of cardiovascular diseases.Conclusion This device greatly improves the ability of the basic-level military hospitals to evaluate the risk of cardiovascular diseases, which is worth for further study and development.
