摘要
本文报道了以含7.5%CH3OH(V/V),10mmol/L(C4H9)4NBr,10mmol/LKH2PO4-Na2HPO4(pH5.0)缓冲溶液为流动相,在YWGC18柱上,反相离子对色谱法分离尿嘧啶、胸腺嘧啶,腺嘌呤、可可碱、尿嘧啶丙酸、茶碱、咖啡因等七种碱基及其衍生物,用于药物、软性饮料、茶叶中茶碱和咖啡因的测定,标准加入回收率在95.5%~104.5%之间。
The separation of seven bases and their deriratives including uracil,thymine,adenine,cacanine,1-propionyloxyuracil,theophylline and caffeine on a YWGC 18 column were reported by rerersed phase ion-pair chromatography with 7.5% CH 3OH(v/v),10mmol/L(C 4H 9) 4NBr,10m mol/L KH 2PO 4-Na 2HPO 4(pH5.0)buffer solution as a mobile phase.The method was used for the determination of theophylline and caffeine in medicine,soft drink and tea,the 95.5%~104.5% recoveries were obtained.
