钟摆钻具在苏里格区块钻井中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 苏里格区块上部白垩系地层倾角大、渗透性强、可钻性极好,对钻井参数非常敏感,因此上部地层500~800m井段钻井存在井斜难题,严重影响钻井井身质量和钻井速度。在常用防斜钻井技术上,结合苏里格区块低成本开发实际,优选出钟摆防斜钻具,通过稳定器安放高度和钻井参数设计,形成了该区块钟摆钻具防斜打快钻井技术,并在钻井中大量推广应用,取得了较好的效果。 In Sulige block, all Cretaceous is characterized by large formation dip, best permeability and drillability, strong sensi-bility to drilling parameters. During drilling, however, there is a hole deviation occurring at one section ranging from 500 to 800 m,which may affect severely wellbore quality and drilling speed. In this study, the pendulum assembly is optimized at first according to some common deviation protection drilling technologies and combining with the strategy of low-cost development; and then,a deviation prevention and fast-drilling technology using this assem-bly is formed through both setting height of stabilizer and design of drilling parameters; at last, the technology has been applied to many drilling and obtained a better result.
