摘要
中海石油崖城作业公司的南山终端主要承担崖城气田通过海南油气混输管线输送到终端的天然气和凝析油的处理任务。投产之初制订的清管球作业规定造成了大量的天然气排放,极大地浪费了能源。为此,作业公司进行了多相流混合模型对管内液体模拟的理论研究和优化清管球发送的现场测试,改造了油气混输管线工艺,实施凝析油连续处理,减少清管球的发送和装卸作业频率。改造后大大减少了天然气排放,取得了良好的经济和环保效益,并且降低了日常生产的操作风险,提高了作业的安全性。
Nanshan terminal station, CNOOC Yacheng Operation Company, is mainly responsible for the treatment of both gas and gas condensate in Yacheng gasfield which is transported to the terminal by the Hainan oilandgas hybrid pipeline. Some principles about operation of spherical pig stipulated during the initial period of terminal production bring about a plenty of not only gas emission but also energy waste. So, the theoretical research on multiphase flow combined model to internal fluid simulation was carried out; the field test of sphericalpig delivery was optimized; the oilandgas hybrid pipeline is modified; the continuous treatment of gas condensate was done; and frequency of both delivery and loadingunloading operation was reduced. After the modification, gas emission decreases a lot, better benefit of both economy and environmental protection has been obtained, an operation risk of daily production decreases whereas an operation safety increases.
