摘要
针对固井过程中绝大多数水泥浆遇到钻井液会发生流变性能变差、污染稠化时间剧烈缩短等难题,提出采用抗污染性较好的KR-100隔离剂来改善与钻井液接触的水泥浆的流动性,保证接触区的水泥浆污染稠化时间达到施工设计要求。川西地区现场应用表明,该技术有利于解决固井尤其是深井固井中的污染难题,降低固井中"灌香肠"、"插旗杆"等事故的风险。
During cementing, the flowability and thickening time of most slurry when meeting with drilling fluid will become poor and be strongly shortened. To solve those tough problems, the separant KR-100 with a good pollution resistance is used to improve the slurry flowability, so that the thickening time can meet the requirement of construction and design. Field application to western Sichuan Basin indicates that during cementing,the separant is not only helpful to solving pollution, especially in deep wells, but also can reduce accidental risk.
