摘要
以西南油气田公司为例,对其井下大修作业成本逐年上升的原因进行了分析,提出了加强修井作业前期论证、优化工程设计、实施精细化"三算"管理、加强新工艺新技术的研究与推广应用、细化井下大修作业全过程管理等降低井下大修作业成本的建议。
According to analysis on reasons causing downhole remedial operation cost increasing, related suggestions such as strengthening early demonstration for downhole remedial operation, optimizing project design,implementing delicacy management, reinforcing research and application of new processes and techniques, detailing whole process management in downhole remedial operation are helpful to reduce the costs of downhole remedial operations.
