摘要
对已经被查处的腐败案件进行研究,发现腐败犯罪具有以下心理特征与行为趋向：欲望上的贪婪性;心理上的侥幸性;人格上的两面性;直接间接结合,索贿形式多样性;上下串通,相互勾结,犯罪行为的复杂性;以及设法谋私,滥用职权;包养情人,贪图享乐等。充分认识腐败犯罪这些心理特征与行为趋向,可以进一步分析腐败犯罪的原因,提出行之有效的对策,从而遏止和预防腐败犯罪。
After analyzing past corruption cases,the following psychological characteristics and behavioral tendencies of modern corruption crimes are found：greediness built upon desire,psychological luckiness,double-sided characters,various forms of extorting bribes directly and indirectly,complicated crime acts with collusion of superior and inferior,misuse of authorities,indulgence in enjoyment by hiring an unlicensed prostitute,etc.Fully understanding these psychological characteristics and behavioral tendencies of corruption crimes contributes to further analysis of the causes for corruption crimes,to proposal of effective countermeasures,thus to the stopping and precaution of corruption crimes.
