基于ADAMS的FD420型集装箱叉车转向机构的仿真与优化设计

摘要 为了改善FD420型叉车的转向性能,保证车轮转向时作纯滚动,采用ADAMS软件对转向机构进行了建模和仿真,测量了该转向机构的转角误差;实现了转向机构的参数化建模,并以平均转角误差为目标函数进行了优化设计以优化设计的结果为参数在ADAMS中建立了叉车的整车模型。通过仿真叉车质心的运动轨迹验证优化设计可以减小叉车的转向误差。 Modeling and simulation of steering system were carried out by using ADAMS software in order to improve the steering function of FD420-type container forklift and guarantee the wheel to do pure rolling.The angle error of the steering system was measured.The optimal parameter modeling was realized.The average angle error was taken as the objective function,the steering system optimization was carried to establish forklift vehicle model in ADAMS.Through simulation,Forklift centroid trajectory showed that the results of optimal design could decrease the steering error of forklift.
