与贸易相关的知识产权执法保护成为当前国际贸易和知识产权的一个焦点问题。本文从基本目标、承担责任、发展需求、发展策略、发展现状以及国际趋势等方面,对我国外贸中知识产权执法保护进行了初步思考,形成了一些较为科学的判断,以有助于正确认识对外贸易中知识产权执法保护问题。

At present the enforcement of law of intellectual property right related to trade becomes a focus problem of international trade and the intellectual property right.Preli minary thinking of the enforcement of law of intellectual property right related to trade from basic goal,bear responsibility,development demand,development tactics,current situation of the development,international trend,etc was carried out.And some more scientific judgments were formed in order to facilitate understanding the enforcement of law of intellectual property right related to trade correctly.
