报关员资格考试学习建议与应试技巧浅析

报关员资格考试是由海关总署统一组织的全国性考试,是执业资格的认定考试。从1997年开考到现在,已历经10几年的时间。为了保证整个报关行业从业人员的整体素质,海关总署将每年报关员考试的通过率控制在10%左右。每年都有近90%的考生没能通过考试,那么没有通过的原因又是什么呢?在众多的原因中最根本的就是没有吃透考试教材,没有把握住教材的特点和核心内容,即没有抓住考试的关键点。笔者在多年教学和辅导工作中,摸索了一些经验,在本文中首先分析了考试背景,然后针对教材特点提出了"学习方法和建议",其次谈到了"应试技巧",并针对不同题型,通过例题逐一分析了解题思路和步骤、技巧;最后说明还需通过自身的努力和练习才能将笔者的经验转变成自己的财富。

Customs staff qualifications examination by the Customs General Administration is a national examination.It is the recognized qualification examination.The examination has been held from 1997 to the present.It has gone through 10 years time.In order to ensure the overall quality of the declaration professions,members of the Customs Department will test each customs control through rate of about 10%.Every year,nearly 90% of the candidates did not pass the exam.What are the causes of not passing exams？ The most fundamental reason is not fully digested from test materials.The characteristics and the core materials are not grasped.Key points of exams are not grasped On the teaching and counseling work,some experiences were explored by the author in this paper.The background of the exam was first analyzed,and then the material characteristics of the ＂learning methods and recommendations＂ were put forward.The ＂examination skills＂ were talked about.The problem-solving ideas and steps,techniques were analyzed by examples.Finally it is only effort and practice that the author＇s experiences can become their own wealth.
