Implement Follow-up Education to Resolve Employment Issue:A Survey on the Employment Situation of SUTS Undergraduate Students

大学生就业关系到经济建设、社会稳定和人民群众的根本利益,关系到高校的健康、协调和可持续发展。在当前就业形势异常严峻的背景下,大学生就业存在着极其突出的矛盾和问题。结合我校"跟进式教育"理念的实践成效,构建一个助推学生、学校、社会三元互动的大学生就业工作体系,是缓解大学生就业难的关键,是破解我校大学生就业难题的应有之举。

Undergraduate employment is related to economic construction,social stability and the people＇s fundamental interests,as well as the healthful,coordinated and sustainable development of a university.Against the background of the current grave employment situation,college students face serious employment problems.Based on the practical effect of ＂follow-up education＂concept in our university,we maintain that the key to ease the difficulties in employment for the college students as well as the crucial approach for solving the problem is to construct a college students＇employment system to push forward the interaction of students,school and society.
