CO_2气腹致肿瘤种植转移的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 腹腔镜下恶性肿瘤切除术后肿瘤转移仍是其最严重的并发症,原因可能是腹腔镜下肿瘤手术时间长、腹腔压力高及气腹造成的低温等。最常用的CO2气腹可引起机体酸碱代谢紊乱,局部腹膜结构改变,对腹腔局部免疫的显著抑制可能起关键作用。恶性肿瘤行腹腔镜手术在技术上是可行的,但对其疗效评价尚有分歧,术后戳孔及腹腔内肿瘤种植、转移是争论的焦点。
