青岛市创意产业园业态现状与优化对策

The Status of Qingdao Creative Industry Park and Its Optimization

青岛市创意产业的发展目前已初具规模,但园区建设的同质化比较明显,入园企业创意要素不足,创新能力有待提高,集聚效应尚需有效释放。建议应尽快从"铺摊子式"发展导入"集约化"规范引导阶段,规划产业园的规模和数量,优化业态布局,避免投入拥挤和产出不足的现象。从业态布局优化入手,加强园区建设将是今后一个时期创意产业发展的重点。

The development of creative industry in Qingdao has begun to take shape so far,but there exist the problems of obvious homogeny in the construction,insufficient creative factors of the enterprises in the Park,lacking innovation abilities and ineffective release of the assembly effects.It is proposed that creative industry should be led to a more intensive scale from the development in a scattered way.The scopes and numbers should be programmed,and the distribution should be optimized to avoid the phenomena of input surplus and output shortage.The optimization of the distribution should be attached great importance to in the future construction.
