激发高职高专学生学习动机的探讨

The Probe into the Learning Motivation of the Vocational Colleges Students

据有关调查表明,目前在部分高职高专院校的大学生中普遍存在着学习动力不足的现象。大学生在学习上的努力程度和成绩高低主要取决于学习动力的大小。随着改革开放和市场经济的日益深入和发展,社会工作岗位对从业人员的综合素质要求越来越高,在此矛盾之下高职高专的教学尤为重要。因此,注重培养和激发学生学习的动力和兴趣,已成为所有高校特别是高职高专院校教育工作者的重要任务之一。

According to the relative survey,the students in some of the vocational colleges usually lack of learning motivation.The study motivation mainly decides the efforts the students will take and the performance they will achieve in their studies.With gradual development in the reform,opening-up and the market economy,professional positions require higher and higher qualities of talents.The education of the vocational colleges is drawing much more attentions under this background.Therefore,how to cultivate the students＇ interest in their studies and to stimulate their motivations to learn more has become one of the most important tasks for the educators of universities,especially the educators of vocational colleges.
