The new Marxist theory on overcoming consumption alienation believes that the consideration of consumption has already departed from the basic needs for survival of human beings and has taken the consumption as a way for self-satisfaction,which makes the subjectivity of human beings more and more controlled by the material world.The phenomenon of consumption alienation has led to a series of defect consequences,causing disharmony in the development of international politics,economy and culture.New Marxist are dedicated to overcome the phenomenon of consumption alienation,advocate green,fair and civilized consumption,which has some inspirations in the construction of a harmonious world.
