摘要
以CCD多道分析器对Cu弧等离子体光谱强度进行高精度实时采集,并以Hg灯谱为标准对Cu弧激发谱线(510.55nm至578.21nm)进行波长标定,利用激发原子的玻耳兹曼分布公式,计算Cu弧等离子体温度.当激发电流从2.0A增加到8.0A时。
The procedure employs the charge couple device(CCD) detector to collect the spectra of Cu arc plasma real timely and precisely.Using the spectra of Hg lamp as standard,the wavelengths of the excitation lines of Cu arc(510.55nm to 578.21nm) are calibrated,and the exciting temperature is calculated on the basis of the plot of the Boltzmann function sof excited atoms.When the exciting current increases from 2.0A to 8.0A,the corresponding temperature of the copper arc plasma goes up from 6260K to 7562K.
