The reform of criminal procedure teaching method is being carried out on a large scale. During the progress of the reform, we found that case teaching is a key method to deal with the impact of reform, which makes for solving a series of contradictions, displaying the reform achievement, adapting to the requirements of modern teaching evaluation system. On the other hand, case teaching is a complex process which requires careful preparation and study, therefore we are expected to treat it seriously.
