摘要
用X射线实验仪探测X射线强度的衰减规律,研究了X射线的衰减与不同厚度吸收体间的关系、X射线的衰减与样品原子序数的关系以及发射电流和管电压对X射线强度的影响。
The attenuate regulation of the intensity of X-ray is probed by X-ray apparatus, and the rela- tionship between the attenuation of X-ray and the thickness of attenuator, the relationship between the attenuation of X-ray and the atomic number are all studied. The X-ray intensity influence caused by the emission current and the high voltage is also investigated.
