摘要
终身教育是电大教育的主体使命。电大教育应在办学实践中,以加强内涵建设、基本能力建设、系统建设、文化建设和激发办学活力等为主要策略,科学而有效地履行电大教育所承担的主体使命。
Lifelong education is the main mission of Radio and TV University（RTVU）. In the process of RTVU development, we should strengthen the constructions in terms of its connotation, basic ability, system and culture and increase the vitality of the school so that the mission of RTVU education mission is fulfilled
