完善我国事业单位国有资产管理的对策

A Study on State Assets Management System in Public Institutions

事业单位国有资产是事业单位履行职能的物质基础和保障,加强事业单位国有资产管理,对于充分发挥事业单位国有资产的社会效益,完善政府公共服务职能意义重大。但是,我国事业单位国有资产管理体制却存在着种种问题。近年来,国内各地都在积极进行事业单位国有资产管理改革的探索,本文在对各地成功经验进行总结的基础上进行改革的思考和建议,以期对加强事业单位国有资产监管有所裨益。

The state assets in public institutions are the material basis and principal guarantee that help public institutions to perform its functions. Strengthening its management can contribute to the social benefits of the state assets and government＇s public service functions. In recent years, many local governments have tried to reform the administrative system of the state assets in public institutions and got some successful experience from it. The paper proposes some suggestions on the reform for state assets management by employing the domestic experience, with a view to strengthen its management in public institutions.
