摘要
本文对食品分析与检测精品课程建设的探索与实践进行了初步总结,针对原来课程中存在的教学内容重复较多、教学手段比较单一、评价指标相对简单等问题,课题组调整了部分授课内容,改进教学方法,优化了师资队伍,完善了教学管理,加强了教学实践基地建设,完善了课程评价指标。通过这些方面的教学实践,教学效果有了比较明显的提高。
In this paper, the achievements in exploration and practice on excellent course construction of food analysis are summarized. Aiming at the problems existing in the teaching process such as course contents, teaching methods, and evaluation standards, we adjust part of course contents, improve the teaching methods, optimize the faculty members, perfect teaching management, strengthen the construction of teaching practice base and perfect the curriculum evaluation index. Through these aspects of teaching practice, the teaching effect is improved significantly.
