实践教学是培养学生实践能力、工程能力和综合能力的关键环节。分析了现行实践教学存在主要问题及其原因,结合我校办学定位和电气工程及自动化专业实践教学已取得成绩的基础上,就师资队伍建设、实验室建设、实验内容、课程设计、毕业设计等影响学生工程化能力的几个方面进行了一系列的改革探索,通过这一些的改革探索,提高了学生的创新意识和工程实践能力。

Practice teaching is the key to cultivating practical ability ,engineering ability and comprehensive ability of students. This paper analyzes the primary problems and their causes existing in the actual practice teaching .Based on our institute’s orientation and achievements of practical teaching of electrical engineering and automation specialty, this paper puts up a series of reform exploration on the aspects affecting students engineering ability, such as teachers construction, laboratory construction,experiment content, course design,graduation design and so on.By carrying out the reform exploration, innovative consciousness and engineer practical ability of students are greatly improved.
