江苏省高校高水平田径运动员培养现状与对策研究

Research on the Present Situation and Countermeasures for Athletes in High-Level Track and Field Teams in Jiangsu Colleges and Universities

针对江苏省高校高水平田径队运动员培养的现状和存在的问题,提出三条对策:加强运动训练管理,严格制度,加强教育管理;改革运动员的学籍管理;改革参赛办法,增加竞赛次数。

This paper advances three measures to the existing problems and present sitnatim of athletes in high-level track and field teams in Jiangsu colleges and Universities. They are, first, to enhance their training management by observing, strict rules and enhancing edncation second, to reform athletes＇ school roll management; third, to reform measns fo participating in games by increasing frequency.
