摘要
高催乳素血症是抗精神病治疗中的一个常见的临床问题,缺乏特效的治疗方法。本文分别从选择抗精神病药最低有效剂量、换用其他无导致高催乳素血症作用的抗精神病药物、个体化治疗、联合用药和中医中药5个方面,对抗精神病药物所致高催乳素血症的防治进行了综述。
Hyperprolectinemia is a common clinical problem in the treatment of schizophrenia,and there is no efficient therapy of it. In this article,the preventions and treatments of antipsychotic-induced hyperprolactinemia were reviewed from several aspects,including choosing lowest effective dose of antipsychotics,exchanging with other antipsychotics which have no effect on prolectine level,individual treatment,combination therapy,traditional Chinese medicine and herbs.
