复方甘草酸苷粉针治疗寻常型银屑病疗效观察

Efficacy of stronger neo-minophagen C powder injection on psoriasis vulgaris

目的观察复方甘草酸苷粉针治疗银屑病的疗效。方法200例寻常型银屑病患者随机分为治疗组、对照组,各100例。治疗组予复方甘草酸苷粉针120mg静滴,1次/d,对照组予维生素C注射液5.0g静滴,1次/d,均用药2周观察疗效。结果治疗组治愈率34%,总有效率81%,对照组分别为20%和58%,两组治愈率及总有效率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论常规综合治疗加用复方甘草酸苷粉针,可显著提高治愈率及总有效率,且无明显不良反应。

Objective To observe the efficacy of stronger neo-minophagen C powder injection on psoriasis vulgaris. Methods 200 cases were divided into two groups： treatment group （ n = 100） and control group（ n = 100） . The treatment group was given intravenously with stronger neo-minophagen C injection 120mg qd for 2 weeks,while the control group was given intravenously with vitamin C injection 5. 0 g qd for 2 weeks. Results The total recovery rates of treatment group and control group were 34% and 20% （ P 0. 05） ,while the total effective rates of treatment group and control group were 81% and 58% （ P 0. 05） . Conclusion Normal therapy with stronger neo-minophagen C powder injection can improve the recovery rate and effective rate with unobvious side effect.
