目的探讨实施医院药品零库存的方法与体会。方法分析医院药库实施零库存的优点、条件。结果实施药品零库存一年多来,我院药库存周转率得到显著提高。结论药品零库存的优势明显大于传统库存法,在满足一定条件的基础上,医院药库可以实施零库存,这也符合未来的发展趋势。

Objective To implement the method and experience of zero stock of hospital medicine. Methods The advantages of the implementation of zero stock of hospital drug storehouse were analyzed. Results After one year for zero stock of hospital medicine,the circulating rate of medicine inventory in our hospital was significantly enhanced. Conclusion The hospital medicine zero invertory has obvious advantages it could be implemented in hospital drug storehouse on certain basis.
