试析解决高校师范生就业难的对策

On the Countermeasures of Normal College Students′ Employment Difficulty

通过对高校师范生就业难问题的分析,本文认为教育体制转变、师范院校办学理念的变化和师范生本身定位不准是导致就业难的主要原因,各师范院校应通过整合优化课程体系,提高师范专业毕业生的竞争实力;建立长效的师范生就业指导体系;帮助新生做好职业生涯规划,尽早确立职业发展方向,为成功就业做准备等对策解决这一日益凸显的问题。

Based on the analysis of normal college students′ employment difficulty,this paper indicates that changes in teachers′ education system,normal colleges′ coaching philosophy and undergraduate own problems are the causes for this serious situation.Normal colleges should take the following solution countermeasure： optimizing the course system of normal colleges to enhance undergraduate competition,setting up a long-term effective career service system to help college students when it is necessary,guiding freshman students to carry out career planning according to their reviewing and reorganization of themselves and get well prepared for future successful employment.
